Change takes change! The B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. organization is always looking for help in the form of monetary donations, corporate and organizational sponsorships, and non-monetary support.



 

Awards & Accolades

B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. have been the proud recipient of several campus awards including: Best Non-Greek Organization (2011, 2013 & 2014), Best Supporting Organization (2014), and the coveted Nelson Mandela Award for mentoring (2014).

 

 

Tribute to Blak Women 2015

The B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. organization will be hosting our 25th annual Tribute to Blak Women: League of Extraordinary Queens awards ceramony and reception Thursday, February 12th 2015. Nominations for all award categories will be accepted January 12-23. Stop by our table in NIU's DuSable Hall during the listed dates between 11:00am-3:00pm. Penny Voting will commence January 26 and end February 2. Come out and support our university's extraordinary Black women.

 

 

B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. Week of Black Love 2015

Support the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. organization as we kick off our annual Spring semester with our annual Week of Black Love 2015, which is tenatively scheduled for March 2015. Stay tuned for more information regarding our lineup of events and programs!
